Protecting your privacy is important to Safety Sport ID. We strive to keep your personal information confidential. By ensuring that you are aware of and understand the Safety Sport ID Customer Privacy Policy, we can provide you with better service. Please take a moment to read the following policy to learn how we handle your personal information.

It is standard policy for Safety Sport ID NOT to place a child's name on a bnad. A word of caution! You may not want your child's name displayed in public view. Please reconsider this option before ordering. Yes you can have their name put on a band but this would be considered a "custom" made band. There is additional cost involved in the production of such a band ($40 one time setup fee). If this is what you would really like it can be done but we would suggest ordering several bands in different sizes. That way as your child grows you will have bands that will fit in the future.

Because Safety Sport ID is a global company, your personal information may be shared with other Safety Sport ID business units around the world. For example, we give shipping companies this information so they can deliver your products efficiently. The information they receive is for shipping and delivery purposes only.

At times we may be required by law or legal process to disclose your personal information.

To make sure your personal information remains confidential; we communicate these privacy guidelines to every Safety Sport ID employee. In addition, Safety Sport ID participates in industry initiatives to preserve privacy rights on the Internet and in all aspects of electronic commerce.

Safety Sport ID does not knowingly solicit personal information from children or send them requests for personal information.

The Safety Sport ID Customer Privacy Policy is subject to change at any time. We encourage you to review the privacy policy regularly for any changes.

Information Collection and Use
Safety Sport ID is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

This website takes every precaution to protect users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, their information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information that information is protected. While we protect sensitive information online, we also protect user information off-line.

Shipping Information

Please keep in mind that all Safety Sport ID's are hand made, they are not mass produced. The bands are made to your individual order requirements. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.

This by no means suggest that we do not stand behind the products we sell. If you are truly dissatisfied with your purchase and would like to request a refund please e-mail info@safetysportid.com or call 360.491.2255 for a full refund, including shipping charges. We will gladly ship your order to any place that you request; however some destinations many require added shipping charges.

All orders are shipped when order is completed and will ship via the most cost effect method for our customers. We make every effort to ensure that your package will have a safe trip to its' destination but we can not control handling by the shipping company.

Depending on the destination, size and weight of the order we will use the following method for shipping:

Orders shipped to International (Over Seas), Alaska, APO, or Hawaii are shipped using the United States Postal Service (at current postal rates this is about 67 cents for 2 or 3 bands shipped within the United States). This is based on the cost of shipping to these destinations using other services.

Washington State Sales Tax applies to orders shipped within the State of Washington, USA.

Order by Mail:

You may print out our order form and send it with your payment in U.S. currency to our address. If paying by personal check, please allow 14 business days for your order to ship. Money Orders or Cashier's check will ship without delay.

Order by Telephone:

Call 360.491.2255 to place your order by phone. Please have a printed order form available for the operator or to record message if no one is available. This will act as record for you and a conformation of the order placed. Be sure to record the date and time you called on the form for your records.

Please note that currently we only accept money orders and checks denominated in U.S. dollars. [check here to look at current monetary exchange rates if you are ordering from outside the United States]

Paying by personal check will slow down your order since we don't ship the order to you until your funds clear.

Product Availability:

All products listed are available at the time of order unless otherwise stated. If, for some unforeseen reason an item is out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail or telephone for a substitute item. We will not substitute items contained in your original order with out your permission.
